Privacy Policy

MGRank (the "Service") processes personal data as follows. Effective September 5, 2026.

1. Data we collect

• On sign-up: email address, sign-in provider (Google), and name when provided by your Google account.
• While using the Service: games viewed, search terms, access time and browser information. IP addresses are hashed daily for visitor counting only; the raw IP is not stored.
• On paid subscription: payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. The Service stores no card details, only your subscription status and Paddle customer ID.

2. Purpose

Identifying members and keeping you signed in, managing the free usage quota and subscription status, usage analytics to improve the Service, and responding to support requests.

3. Retention

Data is deleted without delay when you close your account, except transaction records that must be kept under applicable law.

4. Processors and third parties

• Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics): authentication and analytics.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd: payment processing and subscription management.
• Amazon Web Services: hosting.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of processing at any time via the contact below.
